NO burger Hamburger Helper

Ingredients

  • 1.5 Tablespoons grape seedfv oil or preferred oil
  • 2 Medium tomatoes diced
  • 1 lb Vegan Ground meat (optional)
  • 2 Cups Unsweetened Plant Milk ( i used oat milk, its creamy)
  • 6 oz Tomatoe Paste
  • 1Tbs Onion Powder
  • 1Tbs Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 3 Cups Dry Elbow Pasta ( or pasta of choice)
  • 2 Cups Vegan Cheddar or Mexican Blend Shreds 
  • Pink Salt or Sea Salt and fresh-cracked pepper , to taste

Instructions

  • Heat a Large Pan over medium-high heat. Add oil and wait until it's hot and shimmering. Brown vegan ground and once its done add all the seasoning.
  • Boil Pasta on the side in a separate pot.
  • Add 1 cup of milk and stir.
  • After everything is mixed together, stir in tomatoe paste, 1 cup of milk, tomatoes and cheese.
  • Once the cheese is melted, add your cooked pasta. Stir and plate. Add Salt and pepper to taste.

I have quite a few ways I can set all of this up and do this for you as we start to tackle the 4th quarter 2022. I don't mean to impose, I was just curious. I've been doing this for 22+ years and was just curious if you needed an extra hand.
