- 12.8oz Shoyu Ramen Kit (purchased as whole foods)
- Cut Green Onion
- 1 Can Corn , seasoned to taste
- Cooked Bulgogi Meat
- Soft Boiled Egg ( if desired)
Instructions
This recipe is as simple and quick as a salad assembly!
Prior to making the ramen packets, i cook the corn and season it to my liking. I usually add garlic, salt, pepper, and some oregano. I set this aside. The bulgogi, i buy from the asian market already marinated so i cooked that the day before and popped it in the air fryer for a quick refresh. I rough chopped the green onion last so it's as fresh as possible. Lastly, i boil the water for the ramen noodles and make the broth packets as instructed.
This recipe is SOOOO delicious and perfect for a cold rainy day!
